this no. seems to be linked to BT text to landline service. You do not hear a single thing for a few minutes & subsequently this plays the msg that is sent

our parents are regularly receiving automated msgs looking 'em to urgently ring. soon as these people did 1471 the no. that came up is 02087599577. we have attempted to telephone that no. to attempt & figure out why these people keep on phoning our parents ex list no. however this was regularly engaged.
