we got rang Time Warner for technical support about our web & digital telephone & agreed to take a customer satisfaction survey soon as the ring ended. these people were gonna ring us back within five seconds of the end of the ring. About four hours later our telephone calls with this no. on the Calling-ID & since we do not know this, we do not reply this & this goes to voice mail. Turns out to be the automated survey. Harmless.
