person calling mentioned she is with UPI & mentioned that a court got ruled that bank charges on overdrafts were being reimbursed. was this correct. she didnt want bank info however did ask for how our name is displayed on a envelope. Who or exactly what exactly was this about, we couldnt grasp the gentleman really well.

our partner got a ring with this no. on 11/June 09 with somebody rang Mr Pollard. she provided the identical details & is requested the identical questions as Mr Pegram however is requested for the expiry date of his debit card. we made his put the telephone down & informed his to put the phone down any rings of this nature in future.

Recited a big spiel about bank charges, subsequently attempted to get us to pay 49. 99 for a "legal pack" that would let us claim 'em back. Smelled just like a con.
