1st ring followed within 10 seconds by second, this time person calling is female however identical routine. annoying & therefore pursued enquiries. . Originating source was external to United kingdom & probability of person calling being located in Maine, USA. Also, a Norway connection mentioned. Perhaps some re-routing involved. Whatever the purpose, this will be the 'usual' i. e junk & can be safely ignored. Just do not send any money, when you take the call!
