this was crazy cos the a single thing just happened to us not even five mins. ago & now We are researching the number & firm however am having no luck.

We are contacted by Paul Smith with Federal Credit dept. who was employed by the federal gov't of the United says of America. Paul Smith advised us that We are gonna be arrested for charges of check fraud, writing bad check & not paying back a payday loan. she said that she was representing the firm Money Cash Advance which was the parent firm to about 1500 companies. she proclaimed to have our social security no. & other private info.

Get several calls. these people are a collection agency. these people threaten however will not provide any verification. soon as we stated that we needed some thing in writing these people refused & stated these people can not do that. Any one legit will provide you info in writing when you ask.

You cannot get arrested unless you're 1st served with papers. . . this was not a crime to not pay a loan back, the worst these people can do was sue you. . these ppl are stupid. . you'll get a certified mail with ur state & counties courts. . we rang the solicitor general in the state of ohio about these ppl & these people informed us you could not go to jail over this.

identical moron just rang both mine & our partners phone. . was aware of this is a con soon as she stated she is with the Federal Crime Unit & requested for his Social Security no. . Might happen to be convincing when she did not pass on same voice mails on my phone's & sound just like she is phoning with New Delhi. stated our partner owed a 250. 00 Payday Loan & that when he resolved this issued today, these people would not send out a officer to arrest her. . lol. . cannot these ppl come up with better scams.

Differents "officers" ring us the other day & stated when we do not pay the amount we own the police will arrest us at next day by 5:30. The individual is with foreign acent, & soon as we say "excuse us just listn me, we ready pay identical amount the some monts ago" she start screaming & irritating me, these people callme at our work, & inform a lot info of our self to our superviser. This ppl was making use of the bad way to recovery money, she use a bad language.

why cannot these guys give you a firm name. i am receiving fed up of receiving these threatning calls. you believe that these guys would recognise how to deal with me Americans. how can I quit these irritating calls???
