This individual rang with a "collection agency," though the no. was listed as a residential no. The individual who owed the company no longer got our telephone number; as we attempted to inform the individual this, she started irritating us & accusing us of attempting to "avoid" her questions. she grew increasingly angry & subsequently put the phone down on us.

we happen to be getting telephone rings with 405-463-4983 every evening at about the identical time each evening. Whoever was phoning never ever bothers to pass on a msg. Since we dont know the no., we never ever reply this.

we have informed these ppl that these people are phoning the incorrect no. that these people happen to be put on notice to quit phoning our no., when this was a collection agency, this was not our debt. however these people sill continued phoning!

The person calling with this company proclaimed to be with the IRS phoning on behalf of CHASE credit card/bank. That very sounds to be a violation of the FDCA abd a federak crim of impersonating a Federal Agent
