This man rang, & needed to speak to us about our B 0f A account, & needed to confirm our info, starting with our address, city , & state. subsequently we informed them Okay I will play, she needed our Date of birth. normally the last 4 of our SSA acct. was sufficient. we do not just like this where we must give out details that these people should be informing us. we smell a skunk.
