guy has a heavy foreign accent pretending to ring with a law office of some sort (legal affidavit). Phony name was Jonathan Smith. rang with this no. & again with another no. 917-387-0821. ended up leaving a msg on our mobile telephone & VM at work. we do not owe 'em a thing. Making threatening rings about gonna court. Bunch of BS. Filed complain with FTC. Next complain will be dont ring registry.
