it is a "Robo-Dialer" with Time Warner Cable. Pre-recorded voice looking you to ring 'em about some offers, or as these people say "Important info about ur account. " we rang the no. back, had a real individual on the phone, & these people took our no. off of their directory.

we keep on receiving telephone rings with them. The Monroe County gov't website for new residents (w. monroecounty. gov/resident-newresident. php) shows that this was indeed Time Warner Cable. they are most likely phoning to ask us to sign up for digital phone; they are advertising this just like crazy around here.
