XCel energy. rang 3 times instantly soon after each other, we picked up the third, & this put the phone down as when we stated 'hello'.

3 times consecutively at 3:10pm today.

we got just nine telephone rings consecutively with this no., one right soon after the other. we never ever picked up any of them. . . WOW. . . it is quiet. . . might be this has quit at 9. The 1st one came at 10:11am subsequently the 9th at 10:28am.

ur power was gonna be shut off. pay ur bill. xcel energy.

rang & AS when we stated hi. these people put the phone down.

these people rang three times in a row, subsequently hun up as when our telephone flipped open. we rang back, these people put the phone down again. Nice way to communicate & represent ur firm professionally. . Morons

A woman at the other end stated some thing really swiftly & subsequently put the phone down right soon after we picked up.

it is against the law in MN to shut ur power off with October to April. children's or no kids.

This no. rang us whilst We are ON THE telephone WITH XCEL ENERGY cos the electricity is knocked out to our home (not connected to our bill). We are phoning with a friends phone, & the man at the other end requested to "confirm our number," therefore we provided this to him. we wonder when this did not go straight into some recorded database to subsequently ring us cos i am a few weeks late on our (very small balance) bill. . surely Xcel Energy. sleazebags.

you are right these people cannot shut this off in minnesota even when you do not have kids. however the 2nd these people can these people will. we hate that these people ring constantly without leaving msgs too.

that is crap. . I have 2 children's (3 & eight weeks) & these people shut my power off for being $173 past due. these people shut off at noon on monday & power did not come back on until 2pm the following day. I got to go stay at a hotel for the evening. .

yes this was excel energy's collections dept. these people get leads & the computer telephone bank rings 10s of #s untill ppl reply subsequently those are leads that get rang just do not ever reply or complaint these people will quit youll see .
