got a ring with this no. on 2/10 at 11:11. Calling-ID states Unavailable. we picked up however there is no one on the phone line. i am in Florida.

6:54am just got identical automated msg. "Sorry, I have reached ur no. in error. " West Linn, Oregon

we got this identical ring last evening. had the msg "we have reached ur no. by accident. " therefore this afternoon we rang this with work & the voice greeting states you've reached Meridian Financial.

got identical ring at 9:25p EST. automated voice "Sorry, I have reached ur no. in error", or close to that. Calling-ID reads "Santa Ana CA". we rang the no. back, & had a recorded attendant for Meridian Financial.

Rene, do you've person calling id? & did this say. . California Call? & is this a recorded message that you heard?

Are you in Salem? when so, somebody may be "casing" homes.

as well got ring this afternoon 2/09/10 with this identical no., & had computer informing us that our no. is rang by mistake. Live in Keizer. search engine states this came with Santa Ana CA with a unpublished or not available no. Worrisome!

got ring about 8:35am 2/9/10. had the recording(?) 'sorry, I have rang ur no. in error' (or some thing just like that). Saw a answer slowly drive by a little latter. somebody asking for houses where no one was home? Salem, Oregon

got recorded message with our "loan processor" informing us we qualified for lower interest rate, however sell was only good for three weeks. Language implies this was ur mortgage firm soon as this was really not. Live in Aloha, OR. do not believe anybody was "casing" the neighborhood; just a rude sales ring.

ring cam in & Calling-ID only stated Out of region & the no. 1-714-881-7450. soon as we answered there is a automated msg some thing about "we have reached ur no. by accident". nothing more. most likely just like a fishing ring to see when the no. was active.

Just had a ring on our house telephone with this no. & the recorded message (at least we believe this is a recording) said. . "WE HAVE REACHED ur no. BY ACCIDENT. . ", exactly what the heck was that all about? Wonder when this could be a fax sent to the telephone no. instead of the fax no.?

Just had this ring a few moments ago (4:55pm eastern time). soon as we picked up the call, the individual at the other side ended the ring right away.

Whoever this is these people said, " I reached ur no. in error" in really strange robotic tones & subsequently put the phone down. Not legit sales ring in our opinion, just a con of some sort waiting for the "right" mark to reply the phone, whatever that may be. . region code was Orange County, CA however with no. spoofing these people could be anywhere. . Hmm. . we just redialed this & the telephone system answers as Meridian Financial. we believe somebody was spoofing Meridian's no.

we had a msg on our answermachine about some mortgage. we do not have a mortgage. have to be some Phishing ring. states hit seven to be put on there do not ring directory. Not me!!

(Florida). had the "We apologize, I have called this no. in error" recorded message also. . seems TOO fishy to us. . our 1st believed is somebody casing houses, we admit, & this could still be when the no. was being spoofed, however this may be fraudsters just attempting to see when the line was live for a later callback. UGH.

seems just like the identical story. we picked up and this is a recorded message "We apologize, I have reached ur no. in error. " subsequently this put the phone down. we guess this took the computer that long to realize that I am on the do not ring directory.

Just had the identical call, identical msg. i am curious when the computer sends that msg to those on the national do not ring directory or forwards the ring to sales when the no. was not on the national do not ring directory.

we had a ring with this no. at 6:30 this afternoon. we never ever made this to reply in time & the machine was off. however we found this website soon as asking this up to see exactly what this was. We are in Dallas OR. Close to Salem.
