didnt pass on a msg. soon as returning call, reveiced a message: "Thank you for phoning. Due to emergency conditions, I cant reply ur ring. "

had dead air.

we picked up & this put the phone down. rang back & this stated do to emergency reasons these people could not take rings & to attempt later. these people rang at eight am. We are pissed.

rang in the afternoon at six am. had pissed of. How the hell somebody rings at six am? No msg.

ring came at eleven PM. . . no way telesales rings should be coming at that hour of the evening. the ring came through on our macic jack. we rang the no. back numerous times however msg continued cutting off soon after a few words however is able to ascertain that the ring came with Verizon.

this has some thing to do with some kind of Verizon notification.

this was a con! we picked up & these people needed to recognise our information. Please! We are not silly I am not going to give you our ssn over the telephone. Jeez & the telephone was not even on our name!

Yep, the man who rang us with this no. stated she is with Verizon & wanted to confirm our address even though she did not confirm a single thing of mine. we believe this is a con we put the phone down.

this no. keeps on phoning us & looking for our information, we ring back & these people hang up! stating this was some thing with Verizon,They are alos phoning our girl & he was only 10.

This was complete & utter nonsense. We are paperless with Verizon & have hardly got the account two months. There have not been any changes & no letter to be returned. we rang Verizon about this & these people stated there would be no reason for anybody to ring us.

We are sorry thay ur girl that was ten was getting these calls. this was not the intention. might be his no. was the primary no. on the account & I have no way of knowing which no. belongs to the actual accnt owner. keep on ur can be reached no.s & address details up to date to avoid these mistakes.

Why would somebody with "verizon" act just like this? A true rep. would grasp somebody being skeptical & be professional & courteous, which you're NOT!

quit scamming ppl & get a real job please.

Why we cannot ring back soon as i have got a missed call? we do not appreciate not being able to talk with anyone, soon as you have clearly rang for a reason. we am, in fact, a Verizon customer & happen to be for 12 years. our info was accurate & up to date, including our address & our bill!

we have a real job & ppl who dont keep on up with their infomation have created this postion for us. you're the clown not us just simply by phoning us one. why would you wanna insult somebody who was attempting to enlighten customers on this subject. this could all be avoided was customers would simply keep on ur info up to date. & there would be no need for these calls. oh yeah you can thank ur local postal carrier for the mistakes these people make.
