Richard helms & Chris St. James about "debt reduction program. " We are receiving approximately five rings / month that are clogging our picking up machine. Have attempted constantly to be deleted with directory or talk to someone. We are simply put on hold indefinitely. Any help?

we got rings with both Chris St. James & Richard Helms. Both times the VM indicated that this was imperative we ring back as this was relating to our cc balance, & that i am eligible for debt reduction program. soon as we rang back (from our mobile phone) we had a engaged signal.

we ve been gettin the identical situations with this no. our mother returned the looking for Chris St. James & these people stated she was not available & these people put the phone down on her.

identical situation here (I get Chris St. James, not Richard Helm). these people ring one or 2 times a week. normally the rings come in the middle of the day & are ended up leaving on our VM -- however we just had one now, at 8:00 am, before i would ended up leaving for work. We are silly enough to answer the phone, therefore now i am sure these people moved us to the "live person" directory & these people will ring more often. . & yes, i am on the donotcall directory. clearly they are violating this. we get this ring regularly at work. this was with transcon data corporation & a richard helms states she has a solution for our high debt. how do we quit them with phoning

these people ring us five times daily & pass on a msg. we have rang 'em & requested to talk to Chris St. James which whom we dont believe exists & their supervisor. we ask to be taken off their directory since we dont have any cc debt these people put the phone down on us everytime. This was really irritating.
