telephone rings Oct. 13 at 3:59 pm & 4:46 pm. No msg, no hanging up, no noise.

rang numerous times, no msg ended up leaving

this was the Robert Allen Group (real estate investing) phoning about seminars and/or products. we have to have had on their directory somehow.

this was Robert Allen. Those Robert Allen people are jerks, these people keep on phoning with a recorded message therefore you cannot say "take us off ur directory. " How do we get 'em to stop?

telephone ring at 6:30PM, Dec 4th. No msg. 1st time rang back: sound just like fax machine. 2nd time rang back & get the greeting: "Robert Allen, hello may we help you?"

we do not get the "no joke" part. do you mean cos the times are therefore close together? Or do you mean these people rang soon after midnight, which would be AM, not PM?

This telephone no. keeps on phoning us & soon as we attempt to ring this back, all we get was a engaged signal. This was receiving real irritating.

irritating msg ended up leaving on machine, re: seminar. This was UNAUTHORIZED TELEMARKETING, for which there was a $1100 / INSTANCE Fine. Go soon after these people -- stated this is 'Robert Allen', IIRC. . LP

we had a ring too, however we rang this back & somebody picked up. these people needed to recognise when we needed to go to some kinda seminar. we stated NO WAY & put the phone down. The operator informed us their name is "Robert Alans group"

we had a ring with this no. too. we do not recognise who this ppl is. therefore irritating.

we rang the telemarketers themselves at 801. 852. 8700 & requested to be deleted but, SURPRISE, these people stated that we was not in their computers. we recommend you attempt the same.

i have recived numerous rings with this no. in the past couple weeks. . does anybody recognise exactly what these people are selling?

Emailed 'em via contact me on their site to inform 'em to cease their calls. . we get 'em at 1-2 AM. we have been on the national do not ring directory. we sent our complain with a print out of all the times these people rang with our vonage account.

anybody recognise how to go about receiving 'em fined for unauthorized telemarketing? i am receiving seriously annoyed & would love for 'em to get fined

we just had a ring with the 800-267-4152 on our mobile however did not pick up. believed this maybe the telephone firm therefore we rang with our job. had music whilst we waited & these people didnt ID. themselves on the automated details whilst waiting. therefore we searched for whilst waiting & found this forum. happy we did. as when these people picked up we stated that we had a ring on our mobile telephone with this no., please delete us with ur directory. he stated ok & that is the end of that. we wish these people honor that.

when these people pass on a automated msg & you did not sign up, you can sue. . it is some thing just like $11,000 / telephone ring. you want to contact a lawyer for help

these people rang numerous times without leaving mssg. last time these people ended up leaving a mssg which is pre=recorded advertising a three day real estate foreclosure investing seminar. the mssg said, "this was ur friend, Robert Allen. . " & ". . Robert Allen, New York Times bestselling author. . "

Just had a ring with them, we picked up however these people put the phone down on us. Did a search engine seach & found this website with complaints about this firm. . arggggg

we signed up for a "free" convert ur rings to email service at k7@k7. net & is issued a "free" no. with them. Shortly soon after we got rings with 800-267-4152 4 times in less than 2 hours. these people cam in as e-mails with k7 however withno voice msg is attached indicting that these rascals did not pass on a msg.

these people use a auto-dialer (programmable). Should you reply either a automatic msg with come on with a interactive reply available by you via (push button on ur phone) or when this detects ur voice as having picked up will reroute ur ring to a actual operator who can sign you up for the seminar.

we did ring this no. & informed 'em to delete our no.s & when we got any more unwanted rings We are phoning the Utah solicitor General. havent had any more calls.

we informed 'em to take us off of their phoning directory a week ago. earlier today we got 2 more rings with them. we have just added 'em to our 'contacts' as 'telemarketer'. we did some online research on Robert Allen. supposedly he is not exactly what she makes himself up to be. she has filed bankruptcy, evaded taxes, etc. Lame.

Once these ppl have ur no., watch out. these people will harass you to death no matter how many times you inform 'em to stop. these people will ring seven weeks a week. these people just hit us again on a sunday evening. these people are leaches hunting for ppl in credit trouble to take advantage of. dont speak to 'em for two seconds. Just put the phone down
