this stated "to be deleted please call: 1-800-305-0319" however this no. was NOT working. China Stock Report or whatever rang keeps on sending junk fax & I will never ever be able to stop.

This was the 2nd 2am fax we have received, despite phoning their removal telephone no. We are phoning the federal trade commission & our state solicitor General to report them.

I have recived about twenty of the faxes about the China Stock Report. & we have rang about twenty times to have my fax no. removed. however this still keeps on coming. . . . . . . . .

Strategic Capital continuously sends us the China Stock Report. this was normally got late at evening & the fax contains no contact info except for a non-working "To be removed. . " no. (800-305-0319). . we believe we will use Kevin's suggestion & report to the FTC.

i have recived two faxes with them. we reported 'em instantly to the FTC, however still had the 2nd fax. we rang the 800 no., & it is working however recorded & really short.

This was about the 7th time i have got this fax at our auto shop. & i have rang atleast three times to that 800 no. to get our fax no. off their so-called directory. when we find their real no., we will post on this here therefore I can all give 'em a piece of my minds.

Email: contact@chvcmail. com. we just rang their no. & talked with the operator & he took our fax no. down in order to take this off their directory. . wish this helps anybody else.

we got our first fax at 1:48 a. m. on 11/02/07 & rang their "remove me" 800 no. that afternoon. this doesnt work!!! As we got another fax earlier today at 12:30 a. m. we reported 'em to the FTC, although we do not think this will do much to help. we contacted Verizon, our telephone carrier, to see exactly what option(s) these people recommend to resolve this annoyance. Not much help and/or options. when this continues, we may change our fax no.

when you've the identical experience that i have had, you will find that phoning the 800 no. wont quit the faxes with coming.

got eight faxes since Saturday. rang no. in Boca Raton flat denial as reported earlier. I should all flood Senator Martinez' office with these complaints & ask them to introduce a bill for a "don't FAX" registry & wish this gets the sames results in fines as violators of "don't ring REGISTRY"

we agree these people dont quit & we get these constantly. . sigh

thank you for this info however unfortunately, soon as we rang these ppl say that these people aren't responsible for the fax blast & dont recognise who is, & that this was wasting their time as well. these people weren't helpful

in the last four weeks, we have got five faxes with them. Each time, we have contacted the identical telephone no. & asked to be removed. these people just keep on coming! Can anybody find a no. where I can harrass 'em back?

we get mine at 8:30 am The Stratigic Capital in Oakbrook Ill. are not the bad guys here, these people were helpfull & suggested phoning ur local telephone co. & blocking the no. we have filed with the Federal Communications Commission & the system to do that was simple & allows a lot of info for 'em to track. good luck.
