had a ring with this no., a Mr. Shereden (his spelling) is trying to reach one of my old employees. she said this is a "emergency" & that she wanted to talk to this individual immediately. The "emergency" is clearly a ploy. Rotten tactic.

i have got numerous rings with this no. in the last few months. whilst these people may have the correct last name, these people keep on looking for somebody who doesnt live at our telephone no. i have reported this to the local police as harrassment. The officer we spoke to stated she is gonna follow up on this.

Send a Certified mail to the CA saying you're the incorrect individual & these people have to instantly quit contacting you. Demand proof of any debts in ur name within thirty weeks. inform 'em when these people keep on to ring subsequently you'll sue 'em & request the max amount allowed by law. & when these people do ring again subsequently very SUE THEM! These CAs have no proof of debts & have little idea how to respond when you sue them. Easy money for you!

we had a ring with Paul Nash at this firm last July. our VM answered the ring & this is marked at "urgent". Mr. Nash ended up leaving her name, the file no. We are supposed to refer to soon as phoning back, & the telephone no. & extension We are to ring back to. The msg requested for us by our married name which we have not used since 1992. That means, when it is a debt collector that debt was waaaaaay beyond the statute of limitations & got to have expired even before the bankruptcy we filed in 2000.

This firm rang us 18xs in four weeks & with two different no.s. Somehow these people had our mobile number too. these people dont state who these people represent nor exactly what it is regarding. these people just keep on stating these people needed to talk to us before these people take action. . quit phoning

we work at a trash firm, & the majority of my employees are on trucks on a route all day. I keep on getting rings with a Mr. Gray stating she needs to talk with one of the drivers & that this was a really vital matter. I have explained to 'em a no. of times letting 'em recognise that the drivers are on route & dont carry mobile phone's & wont be able to talk with them, however this does not quit the telephone calls.

This was Academy Services. these people have recently began bothering us with recurring rings (and rings to our mother) asking for our ex-husband. we keep on informing 'em that I divorced in 1987 & we have no clue where she was however these people keep on phoning.

A woman under name Christy Oniels with Academy Services ended up leaving us a msg to ring 800-441-6881 cause he was investigating souspicious activities in one of our accounts. Tuesday March 23, 2009 X 2575. This was a incorrect msg which we do not believe was Legal to say some thing just like this to scare people.
