This was a collection company for a hospital, the one we used was in Hammond, LA. really nice, however these people dont have the info that these people want to process the claims correctly.

we got a mail with RRS Recovery stating we owe $707. 00 & this states these people happen to be retained by the above creditor. in the reference section this states RE: ur creditors. (no name of who we owe. ) Are these people kidding? Gee guess I will just send 'em some money for "My Creditors". NOT Happening. we have Medical ins. & have never ever got a bill for this amount. . & to LOGIC above, that statement was not true.
