we rang 'em back & it is for Western Universities, Univ. of Phoenix online. these people say these people only ring when somebody has inquired online about the university. these people recommended that a way to prevent unexpected rings was to register on the do Not ring Registry. . exactly what a laugh. we have been registered with 'em on any telephone we have ever got and that does not quit unexpected calls. exactly what a waste of time to register with DNC.

My wife and I received a call from this number earlier on today and decided to post this on this website

when it is a mobile telephone these people are phoning or a very good landline phone, simply put 'em on ur block directory.

We are really asking for Un'i's used some school finders these people mateched us to western unversity & uophoenix lol exactly what a joke. we just had a ring with 'em & did not pick up.

we got rings on:. 06/22 at 9:26am. 06/22 at 10:56am. 06/25 at 8:15am. 06:26 @12:00pm

this would be helpful when these people would atleast pass on a msg. we do not reply rings we dont know & will not return a ring that does not pass on a msg.

You can file a complain with the FCC, transition. fcc. gov/cgb/donotcall/, you must register with the dont ring directory every year, you cant do this once & believe you stay on there forever, we hope this is that easy. we filed complaints with Federal Communications Commission foe Univ of Everest & Univ of Phoenix, this took about ten days, however the rings have stopped.
