these people did not pass on a msg . just rang & put the phone down soon as these people had the picking up machine.

stated this is "First Equity Protection Plan". we have no clue who that is.

we decided to reply & these people requested for us by name, however we did not bother to keep on the ring sincethey did not ID. themselves first. caller's -- sales, collections, etc. -- are required by law to ID. themselves at the beginning of the conversation. when these people do not & you figure out who these people are, you can theoretically turn 'em in to federal authorities.

we got a ring with this no. at 5:26 pm MST on Nov. 19, 2008. we didnt answer.

This no. rings our telephone no less than 1x a hour with 8am to 9pm. We are beyond annoyed. we provided birth & our baby is in NICU for ten weeks. Each time the telephone called we believed the worst only to see this is these idiots. soon as will this end, the loopholes are crazy. dont ring should be dont ring.

rings once or two times everyday for the past few days, however doesnt pass on any msg. 1st Equity would make sense since I have a business cc with them. located on the comments ended up leaving by others, this seems as when these people are pitching their "Protection Plan". We are not 100% sure exactly what this is, however likely a insurance product that allows you to miss payments in the event of job loss or diability.

This no. rings us atleast four times daily asking for somebody who doesnt live here any more. these people disregard this details soon as you inform 'em & these people just keep on to ring back.

thanks everybody for ur input. we too happen to be getting 2 rings a day for months. The ring would go to the VM & subsequently put the phone down only soon after leaving no msg.

telephone ring, we picked this up; a guy ask for us stating our name, we picked up "yes we am" & hang-up. Okay! now we recognise soon after we read all reported comments about this, no more surprising exactly what ever these people are attempting to do!!! is not this Who ever doing this are waisting time at 1st & a 1800 no. get charged to some point!! exactly what big loosers!!!

keeps on ring our phone! No one was ever on there. we let this go to the VM & no one ever bothers to leave a voicemail however often dead air!! ENOUGH ALREADY!!!

these people keep on phoning our mobile & noone ever talks. we want it to stop.

these people have rang a few times & never ever ended up leaving a msg. . we do have a 1st equity card, therefore i am not sure why these people would not pass on a msg or ID. themselves. . this sounds a little shady.

these people just rang me- did not reply. had a blank msg. we believed when you were on the national do not ring directory silly ppl just like this would not ring you. . hmmmmm. . ?

when you've a cc the firm can ring you. Not sure these people wouldnt pass on msg however these people can ring even when ur on the Nation reg. Sorry Guys read ur fine print on ur terms about 'em phoning

Impersonating a place rang Central Reservations (centralreservations. net?), these people informed us we have won two round-trip plane tickets & want to ring 'em within twenty-four hours. we highly doubt this was the real Central Reservations.

The no.s returns to "The 1st Equity Protection Plan" which was a spin off of the 1st Equity credit card. these people are just attempting to get you to waste ur money on some thing you do not need.

ended up leaving a msg (accidentally, we think) mumbling to some other co-worker about a week & debt & the other issue was & yada yada yada. Could hardly hear exactly what he is stating however obviously he did not mean to lieave this on our machine. Still do not recognise who was phoning!
