This no. is given to us by American express to ring soon as our card is suspended. The humorous thing was these people suspended this even though i have never ever got a late payment, nor have we ever got a credit problem. they are supposedly slipping, therefore we informed 'em to just cancel the account & we would pay 'em off right away.

This happened to us too on 26th/27th October. these people dropped our credit limit with $13200 to $500 in one hit cos of a issue with our credit score soon after a random credit check. we subsequently ordered a copy of our full credit report & there is nothing incorrect & no negative events. we believe there was a glitch or some thing going on at American Express. & these people never ever sent notification of the drop. i am thinking class action!

had a msg with 'em on the picking up machine today, checked here to see exactly what this was. . Logged into our Amex Account & even though we have half our limit outstanding, supposedly these people lowered this as it is showing us as over our limit. There was noplace on the site that shows ur credit limit anymore, just the statements. . we barely ever carry a balance of over a few hundred dollars with them, this was most certainly their loss.

had the dreaded ring tonight on our picking up machine. it is nice to recognise these ppl are too gutless to ring you individual to person, however instead have a machine do this. . we happen to be a American Express customer for 18 years & have never ever been late or missed a payment. I have excellent credit. . when these people reduce our credit limit, these people better be prepared cos I will go ballistic on them!

this is a ring with American Express informing us that these people reduced our credit limit by $1,500. therefore now we only have a credit limit of $500. Though we have a good credit report with no dings or lates with anybody on our report along with having a 720+ FICO score, We are surprised that American Express has savagely reduced our credit limit therefore severely.

We are rang with this no. 2 weeks soon after Bank of America decreased our cc by $10,000. No late payments, no skipped payments, credit score over 700, with a balance under half the amount of our credit line. i am guessing these people wanna do the identical thing with absolutely no justification. I will wait this out.

dont close ur cc accounts to spite the cc companies. this reduces ur credit/debit ratio, thus lowering ur credit score.

You guys had off lucky. these people cancelled our card that i have got for over 2 years that we have never ever been late on. we have a better credit score & make $20K MORE than exactly what we did soon as we had the card & the CANCELLED IT! exactly what a bunch of pr1cks. these people will never ever have us as a customer again.
