keeps on caling,no name on telephone id,when we ring back this does not call just comes a noise just like a fax.

ring many time daily. No one there. I do not have CallerID. . did *69 to get no.

This no. was for Citi Card. there's no one there cos this was a computer dialing ur no. & once you answer this alerts the CSR that you're on the telephone & subsequently these people pick up.

this no. was now being used by cha cha a cell search engine. these people are phoning to tell you about ur bill. this was prolly 300

this no. keeps on phoning us non-stop!

i have even informed 'em soon as we could make a payment. happen to be out of work for 3 weeks due to surgery with malpractice. Behind one payment -- informed 'em soon as we could send some money & these people still start phoning before nine am & ring 10+ times daily even soon after we wrote customer support again. these people do not care & got even stated that we happen to be a "good" customer & now these people harrass the hell out of us -- afternoon, noon, & evening till nine pm. 12 hours everyday on a hourly basis.

had rang by the no. five times before 1130a Sat. afternoon. we do have a Citi card that We are a month late on therefore we figure that is who this is. The rings are a bit excessive though in our mind.

we keep on receiving rings with the identical telephone no. we eventually rang 'em back & requested 'em about telephone rings i have been receiving with them. No msg, just phoning. these people stated these people were asking for somebody with the last name Chang. our last name doesnt even come close to that!!!!!SO, we informed 'em to quit calling!!!

Constant ringing, we attempt to ring 'em back & this was Citi, we happen to be going round & round with them. soon as we ring these people do not wanna speak with us. however these people dont mind phoning us on our mobile daily & evening soon after 9:00 on weekends even Saturday & Saturday nights. Nothing however problems with them.

We are recently having the exact identical aggrevation/problem. these people start phoning at 8am til 8pm. & subsequently start all over again the next. when we do not know a no., we do not reply until these people pass on a voice mail. Well these people wont. these people just "accidently" we suppose, rang our work. we recognized the no., however these people just put the phone down in our ear.

Hey, Citi was in trouble too. Let 'em recognise you're behind just just like these people are. inform 'em you want a bailout too!

I have the issue these people ring day & evening week-ends. I have attempted to contact 'em but soon as I ring 'em I am in hold for a really long time & this gets disconnected.

we happen to be receiving rings with numerous no.s including 816-420-4003, these people aren't really rings with Citi. when you're concerned about ur bill, ring the no. on the back of ur card. These are con artists attempting to get ur account information. Citi has informed us that these people cannot investigate until these people have taken money, which these people will when you give 'em ur account information.

we recognise for sure that we do not owe Citi a dime & We are not behind the payments. Actually, these people rang us to let us recognise about some charges that occurred a couple of weeks. soon after we verified we made the charges these people released the use of our card. therefore sometimes, as you all may not have experience, this was about protecting you with id Theft.

So. . exactly what can I do cos this was harrassment as far as we see this. was there any way to make this stop? Can the federal trade commission do anything??

we have got this identical issue & reported this to Citi Card! these people do not pass on a msg & soon as we rang 'em back these people ask for our account no. therefore whoever was running this con was not doing this well. do not give 'em the account number; these people should have this already! we would report it to Citi also therefore these people have several complaints about it!

This no. was for CitiCard. when you do not have a CitiCard, do you've a Sears Card? identical firm running these accounts. we recognise cos we have both cards & find this no. often. we have heard the "fax". Just wait for 'em to ring again or ring a different no. with ur statement to check on these accounts when you've one.

Continual rings with this no. . even on Saturday & today, Dr. Marting Luther King, Jr. day. Sometimes a dozen a day. will not pass on a msg either. our citi card account was closed & these people keep on phoning. This was insane.

Ok--some comments say that this was CITI & others say that this was a con therefore which was it?. we do have a CITI card which We are a month late on & havent spoken to thecallers however very 17 times in one day! You v'e gotta be kiding me!I answer soon as this calls & all we get was a engaged single! therefore idk!

These ppl keep on irritating us with three different no.s. up to 12 time daily. i have been out of work for six weeks & i am struggling to feed our family & keep on a roof over my heads. soon as we get paid these people get paid clear & simple. Even soon as we exercise our 'right' to request all contact be in writing & to quit ringing, this does no good.

Contact ur states solicitor General. enough complaints that ask for the firm to be investigated or any other action & the solicitor general has to act. you voted 'em in office, make 'em earn their tax salary.

You can not ring that no. we just rang their cust svc# 1-888-285-9696 & filed a complain. really there is a issue in our account, however our complaint was located on the person calling will not speak, & disconnects in ten seconds. he will report to management. when u hope to check/report fraud, ring 1-888-285-9696 .

dont remember getting a bill with citicard for the past month; however got rate raised to 29. 99%. got ring with citi.
