received numerous rings with this number; this is a recorded message saying "this was ur final notice. " it is a vehicle warranty scam, as Ron said. when you have received this ring just ignore this.

This was a marketing ploy by a firm that was attempting to offer you a warranty on ur car. these people never ever refer to you by name or mention ur car's make or model. Ignore these idiots.
