Everyone:Ameriquest Mortgage firm ceased originating loans in 2007 (Check with ur state banking & finance regulator & you'll see that Ameriquest Mortgage firm surrendered it is lending licenses in 2007. )Do not ever wire money to any one who offers you some thing over the telephone. this was a con.

got email stated We are approved for 10 thousand dollars. Walter Hayes stated send in 450 of a 900 dollar deposit & we would get 5 thousand & the rest soon as we pay the rest as you recognise a new issue arose that the lender stated our score is to low to send out funds these people got to have all the of the deposit. we requested for our deposit back & we havent heard form Walter Hayes yet.

All: Ameriquest Mortgage firm ceased originating loans in 2007 (with it is state banking & finance regulator, & you'll see that Ameriquest Mortgage firm refused to license loan in 2007. ) never ever wire money to anybody who offers you some thing over the telephone . This was a con.
