Well We are not even listed in the telephone book never ever have been. No one other subsequently close friend's & our parents recognise our no. never ever have given this out ot anyone! therefore so this no. was just making up no.s & phoning them. quit irritating me!! this was no quit this & other no.s on weekends to. & often in the night & late at evening. we have 3 little children's sleeping. & we dont reply rings we do not know.

it is a predicitve dialer that that firm was using. it is basically a computer phoning no.s in a database. when there's no available agent to answer soon as you pick up. . this puts the phone down on you. Technology sucks. . either properly staff ur center. or atleast slow down the flow rate on the dialer to not put the phone down on therefore many people.

we pay over 20$ a year to not be listed in any phonebook & we signed up for no marketing ring with the canadian marketing association & those $%#$%#$ found our no. anyway & rang us at 21:30 to ask us when anybody smoke in my house. . we wish being obnoxious with them will chasse them forever . even though we doubt our telephone no. has been removed with their database as we sooo not politely requested. . .

it is rings with a firm making use of PDS (predictive dialer systems) & ur account was on a timed rotation. --PDS was a computer program companies use to auto ring customers. --Timed Rotation was just like a auto redial for but always the firm sets this to ring. can be set to redial every therefore many min,hr,day,ect. Typically soon as a employee works the account this resets the PDS time to ring again.
