The exact identical thing happened to us & our boyfriend today. A black female rang who spoke really poor English & proclaimed that I were being sued for defaulting on a pay day loan as well. soon after reading this & having the EXACT identical scenario happen to me, We are sure that this have to be fraud.

identical thing happened to me, however he was phoning our Mother & threating his also. This woman was informing our mom that he cannot reveal exactly what firm he works for & informed our mom that he will file charges on our mother when he does not give his our telephone no. which he already has this cos he rang & ended up leaving a VM on our telephone threating us.

these folks got into my computer pretending to be microsoft. they shut down my computer and when i called them i realized it was a scam. i waited until he opened my computer back up and hung up on him before giving him any additional information. BEWARE folks!
