these people want to serve us lol ok it is a debt collector. about serving people. therefore these people say

we had a ring earlier today stating this was a legal matter & these people wanted to confirm our work address & house address to come & serve us papers. we informed us to ring this no. & give reference no. to work out a deal. i am in Texas, can these people file charges againist us.

ring everyday with a "mediation firm" (they never ever pass on a name of the firm) wanting our address to serve us papers. anybody recognise who these ppl are?

Another con job. we just keep on reporting 'em to the FTC, AG & BBB. i would just like to recognise where these people illegally obtained *some* of our information. The only debt we have was a vehicle payment & mortgage, both i am not behind on.

This man provided us some story about not wanting to must serve us papers for some debt, this is unclear, however she informed us to ring this number; she is phoning with a "restricted" no.

damn yea we believed the identical thing about collection companies being illegal. however no sir fair as fair gets. unfortuanatly we had the identical fu**ing ring. we rtrced this down. the man who baught our debt still got to make her cut. since we never ever paid however this is paid in full. fast buck to took us to court & now I am being garnished & when we lose our job we had back to court to serve a sentence. $2000. 00 we owe & we still do not get our VAN back.
