we began getting rings on our mobile telephone with this no. somebody at the other end proclaimed to be needing info for the American Chemical Society. The American Chemical Society wouldnt ring us on our mobile phone. we attempted to ring the no. back & is given a msg that the no. is cut off or no longer in service.

we too got a ring with this no. & am a member of the American Chemical Society. As alraedy noted, phoning back this no. gets a recorded message that the no. was no longer in service. really weird.

as well a ACS member however soon as we picked up the telephone We are put the phone down on. we contacted ACS & is informed that these people hire a 3rd party survey firm to conduct surveys for 'em & these people use 904 no.s for the region codes. it is okay to reply general questions, just do not give out any private information.

we got A ring with THIS no. AT 11:15 A. M. ON MARCH 22, 2010 & NO vm is RECORDED. This no. came up as a "missed call" on our work telephone (on Tue. , 3/16/10, 11:23 AM CDT). soon as we had house that day for lunch, our partner mentioned that American Chemical Society got rang looking some thing about our membership info. We are confused, cos we got already reneweed our membership last December.

had another ring with this no. again today. this was a study by a Research firm. Covance Research was doing the study for ppl over 75 & apparently pays $1250 for the study. do not recognise exactly what the study was on.
