these people keep on phoning my home. these people ask to talk to business owner. we inform 'em that this was a residence & these people instantly put the phone down the phone. Of course these people just rang soon as we get our baby down for a nap & now we get to listen to his cry herself back to sleep! Aarrrgghh!

rang identity showed "IMS" & the person calling requested to be transfered to the office manager. soon as we requested who is phoning she stated her name is Chris & that she is phoning with "Federal Financial Group". soon as we informed them the office manager is unavailable, she requested for the ceo. we informed them that the ceo is not available at as soon as & offered to transfer them to VM, she put the phone down. these people ring atleast once a week.

no reply or reply. silence.

had a ring with 'em stating that these people would send us a gift card when we picked up some questions. The questions were very, really personal. never ever had gift card.
